ORDERS, SHIPPING, & REFUNDS POLICIES
This Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy describes those processes for orders made through The Volume Store. This Policy is subject to our (Terms of Service), which contains more information applicable to your order and interaction with our Volume Store and other services. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service .

We ship within the U.S. At least for now.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns & exchanges policy?
If the item is not ‘Final Sale’ and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item(s) is in the original condition and unused.

PREPARATION FOR SHIPMENT
Since each purchased item requires a specific warehouse processing time, certain products may delay the shipment of your entire order. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email with tracking details and it will be marked as "Shipped" or "Delivered" once it arrives.
We reserve the right to ship partial orders (at no additional cost to you), the portion of any order that is partially shipped may be charged at the time of shipment.
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to accommodate all update requests that include address changes or order cancellations. Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes outside of an address update or cancellation. Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake with your address, please contact us ASAP with the correct address.
All orders are shipped using one of our third-party couriers. Title and risk of loss for any purchases of physical products pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier. Online tracking may be available at our courier’s website (for example, FedEx), though we make no warranties regarding its availability because it is not under our control. While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival, we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date or time.
MADE TO ORDER & MANUFACTURER DIRECT
Some items in our store are printed or made when you order them. Made-to-order items are always indicated in the products shipping description, and in your confirmation email. If you place an order with regular items and made-to-order items, your order may be shipped to you in separate shipments at different times. Items printed on demand are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Occasionally we will accept pre-sale and back-orders on certain items and during special events. Pre-sale items are clearly noted. If you have selected an item that is pre-sale or back-ordered, the estimated ship date is visible in the product description on our website.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-sale items, the entire order will not ship until all of the pre-sale items have arrived at our warehouse, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you need something more immediately, please drop us a line.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Please note, sale items that ship directly from the manufacturer, and items made on-demand are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please carefully review all product details, including the product's shipping description and all sizing information prior to purchasing.
